Why is the Osmodyn Reverse Osmosis unit different from other filtration systems?
Unlike standard reverse osmosis units with their bulky under-sink tanks, Osmodyn's top-of-the-range reverse osmosis unit is based on an exclusive tankless concept: a unique compact system installed directly under the sink. Exclusive to Osmodyn technology, the double vortex gives water a natural swirl movement after filtration, contributing to its balance and sensory quality. This innovative architecture prevents water stagnation, improves system hygiene and produces continuously purified, energized water protected from surrounding electromagnetic waves. Designed to Swiss manufacturing standards and with components selected for their reliability and durability, it combines high-performance reverse osmosis with balanced plant mineralization. Designed without complex electronics or programmed obsolescence, this durable system eliminates up to 98-99% of micropollutants (chlorine, pesticides, PFAS, micro- and nano-plastics, heavy metals, drug residues) to deliver pure, balanced water that respects the body.

OSMODYN RO : DIRECT, UNRESTRICTED FLOW, CONTROLLED MINERAL INTAKE, DYNAMIZING VORTEX, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF A POWER CUT
Osmodyn is developed and produced in Switzerland
Developed and manufactured in Switzerland, Osmodyn is part of a tradition of high standards, reliability and lasting quality.

Downward filtration: mechanical physical purification
- Microfiltration: 10 to 0.1 micron
- Ultrafiltration: 0.1 to 0.01 micron
- Nanofiltration: 0.01 to 0.001 microns
- Reverse osmosis: 0.001 to 0.0001 micron (i.e. 1/10,000ᵉ of a micron)
Contained process: no external contamination.
Reverse osmosis membranes: high safety.
Encapsulated RO membranes: hygiene and safety
Ordinary reverse osmosis systems often include a RO membrane, the replacement of which requires dismantling the membrane housing, descaling, disinfecting, greasing the seals, then reassembling the system in compliance with strict hygiene rules (a protocol rarely applied in full).
In contrast, all our Osmodyn systems are equipped with encapsulated (confined) membranes. They can be replaced in the same way as a filter cartridge, with no direct contact with the RO membrane: limiting the risk of external contamination.
Reverse osmosis: PFAS, nitrates, bacteria, viruses, pesticides...
Today, although PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkylated substances) cannot be completely eliminated, it is advisable to opt for a solution recognized as highly effective: under-sink reverse osmosis.
Depending on membrane quality, reverse osmosis can eliminate a very large proportion of the contaminants present in water (from the public network, rainwater, boreholes, etc.). The activated carbon integrated into Osmodyn systems treats chlorine and certain micropollutants upstream, while the reverse osmosis membrane retains finer contaminants.
Dynamization control: autonomous double vortex
Most reverse osmosis systems either do not incorporate any dynamization at all, or use electric dynamization. Water filtered by reverse osmosis can lose its natural dynamics.
All our Osmodyn systems feature a self-contained double vortex (without electrical connection), with component purity certification.
You can choose from :
- Double vortex ELIXIR in borosilicate glass: "pure" biodynamization, without added information (often appreciated by electrosensitive people).
- Double vortex AIO Copper Gold Silver: biodynamization with information on the 3 pure metals.
Control of mineral balance (to your liking)
The water delivered by your Osmodyn osmosis unit is balanced. You can choose between vegetable mineralization or Quinton water plasma mineralization (depending on configuration).
Natural, bio-compatible components designed for easy assimilation.
Electromagnetic protection - Shield tube (optional, depending on model)
Electromagnetic protection
Unlike many systems on the market, Osmodyn has been designed to protect the water molecule (an electrical dipole) from electromagnetic interference. High-frequency protection available as an option, depending on configuration.
Osmosis water production control
Typical flow rate: 30 to 45 seconds for 1 liter (with comfort pump). In the event of a power failure, the flow rate may be slightly lower, but is still ensured by mains pressure.
Control of recoverable wastewater
After separation of contaminants, the reject water (approx. 1:1 to 1:1.5 depending on configuration) is mechanically redirected to the drain. No electronic programming of reject volume: manual mechanical adjustment. This function can continue to operate even without electricity, depending on the model.
Drain water is mainly concentrated with elements already present in the raw water (nitrates, particles, impurities...). It can be collected for non-food uses.
Filter renewal frequency
Filters, RO membranes and mineralization cartridges are consumables: their service life depends on incoming water quality, turbidity, chlorine, etc.
- Pre-filtration + post-filter: 1 year (on anniversary of commissioning date)
- Membranes: on average 3 years in family use
- Ambient temperature: 4°C to 40°C
- Cold water inlet pressure: 2.5 to 5 bar (with limiter if necessary)
As we have no control over the conditions under which consumables are used, we accept no liability for any results or damage resulting from the application of these data. The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for his own use.
All-inclusive
Your Osmodyn is delivered pre-tested, ready to install, with no adjustment required.
Included (depending on configuration): electromagnetic Shield protection, vortex, mineralization and connection accessories. Only the faucet needs to be chosen to match your kitchen design.
With regular maintenance, your Osmodyn reverse osmosis unit can operate for a long time: no programmed obsolescence, spare parts available.
Payback
The payback period for a quality osmosis system compared to bottled water is on average 3 to 5 years, depending on the country and the price of water.
Quechoisir.org

Knowing that our osmosis units, with regular maintenance, provide optimal water for over 20 years, they save you money and avoid the need to buy thousands of bottles.
