6-stage filtration + Copper Gold Silver vortex (CP500)
Presentation
Semi-pro RO - CP 500 : 5 filtration levels, double vortex, armored tube, on chassis.
- Automatic ro membrane rinsing
- RO water production capacity: 80 liters/hour (+/-20%)
- Max production: 500 L/day
- Ecological efficiency: 1 liter rejected for 1 liter of purified water
Options : Disruptor® bacteria/virus and dedicated tap.
6 stages of filtration
Stage 1: 5-micron sediment filter (Ref CP500-1)
Removes sand, algae, rust and suspended particles. Effectively protects the reverse osmosis membrane.
Renewal: every 6 to 12 months, depending on volume and quality of water filtered.
Step 2: Granular activated carbon (Ref CP500-2)
Removes chlorine, volatile organic matter, unpleasant odors, pesticides, insecticides and herbicides.
Renewal: every 6 to 12 months, depending on volume and quality of water filtered.
Stage 3: Activated carbon block (Ref CSC10-3)
Removes chlorine, odors, bad tastes and certain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from water.
Renewal: every 6 to 12 months, depending on volume and quality of filtered water.
Step 4: 400 GPD type 3013 reverse osmosis membrane (Ref C0200-400GPD)
Retains molecules larger than 0.0001 microns (lead, heavy metals, chemicals, aluminum, mercury, drug residues, zinc, nitrates, fluoride...), and more.
Renewal: every 3 to 5 years, depending on volume and quality of water filtered.
Step 5: Mineralizing cartridge (Ref B0200)
Adds chelated organic minerals (calcium, potassium, copper, iron, manganese, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, selenium, etc.) to osmosis water.
Step 6: protection & dynamization
- Shielded tube: exclusive device protecting the water from disturbances conducted by electrical cables and radiated electromagnetic waves.
- Double vortex: water is dynamized by vortexes made of pure copper, gold and silver metals.
Description
- Dimensions (mm) : H470 × W360 × P210
- Weight: 15 kg
Items supplied
- 2 keys for membrane holder
- 1 key for filter holder
- 1 spigot
- 1 20/27 connector
- 1 wastewater discharge fitting
- 3 connecting tubes
- 3 filters
- 1 reverse osmosis membrane 400 GPD
- Stop leak: cuts off water supply if detected under the sink
- Booster pump: 36 V
- Carbon filter rinsing kit (step 3): Ref CSC10-3
Mandatory carbon filter rinse
For start-up (or filter renewal), you must rinse the charcoal filter in the sink.
KIT DE RINÇAGE is ready to use. It connects to the end of a faucet spout in place of the jet breaker, making it easy to rinse your carbon filters without touching the connection to your reverse osmosis unit.
Options
Disruptor bi-filter® 10" (9 3/4)
Designed in partnership with NASA by Argonide (Florida) and manufactured by Ahlstrom (Finland). This electro-adsorptive method uses a natural electrical charge to remove a wide range of contaminants (bacteria, viruses, cysts, endotoxins, colloids, drug residues...), while maintaining essential healthy minerals.
Disruptor® media is composed of AlO(OH) boehmite fibers blended with silver-treated zeolite. The pleated structure increases filtration surface area. Average particle size: 1.5 microns. Ability to retain viruses down to 0.05 microns and bacteria down to 0.5 microns thanks to electro-adsorption.
