Station Disruptor® Trio 20″ - Rainwater filtration & drilling without UV
Up to 60,000 liters of water recoverable with 100 m² of roof space
Rainwater or borehole water deserves reliable filtration sized for real use.

With the Disruptor® Trio 20″, you benefit from progressive, high-capacity filtration: sediment, chemical pollutants and microbiological barrier - without UV, electricity or complex maintenance.
Robust, autonomous and high-performance, it secures your installation while simplifying maintenance. A consistent solution for long-term filtration, without compromise.
Why rainwater filtration without UV?
Disruptor® UV-free rainwater filtration allows you to treat water without electricity, without lamps, and without the need to replace a UV tube every year.
In a wide range of situations (stand-alone homes, isolated boreholes, outbuildings, cottages, agriculture), the aim is to :
- reduce bacterial and viral load
- eliminate sediments and organic matter
- treat micropollutants
- keep installation simple and robust
Unlike UV systems, Disruptor® technology works by electro-adsorption rather than irradiation. It is not dependent on a power supply and does not require lamp monitoring.
The result: a more autonomous, longer-lasting solution for installations without a power supply, or for users looking for advanced mechanical filtration without sensitive components.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between the 10″ and 20″ station?

- Choose the 10″ if you're in an apartment with a water point, or if your consumption is low to moderate (smaller cartridges, shorter average life). See this model
- Choose the 20″ if you live in a house, with several water points or higher consumption (larger cartridges, higher filtration capacity, less frequent renewal).
→ Fewer changes, fewer constraints for large families or high consumption.
Does this station reduce PFAS?
Yes, versions incorporating activated carbon and/or Disruptor® reduce PFAS and other persistent micropollutants.
Is the wound sediment filter less efficient than its expanded equivalent?
No: they are more robust and better able to withstand the high turbidity of rainwater, borehole water and high flow rates.
Detailed filtration levels
The Station Trio 20″ operates with high-capacity progressive filtration:
Pre-filtration: self-cleaning sieve (80 microns)
Sediment pre-filter: self-cleaning sieve by rinsing/purging. Washable and reusable, renewable for 1 year (or more depending on use).
Coiled sediment filter (50 microns)
Holds :
- sand
- sludge
- rust
- suspended solids
Protects subsequent stages and extends filter media life.
Activated carbon block (10 microns)
Reduces :
- chlorine
- odors
- tastes
- PFAS
- pesticides
- VOCs (volatile organic compounds)
- heavy metals
Improves organoleptic quality and reduces chemical pollutants.
Disruptor filter® (0.05 micron - electro-adsorptive)
Eliminates :
- bacteria up to 99.999
- viruses up to 99.99
- endotoxins
- drug residues
- submicron microparticles
The stages act in a complementary way: mechanical + adsorption + electro-adsorption.
Disruptor®: how does it work?
The Disruptor® is not a simple porosity filter. Its filter medium is made up of boehmite (AlO(OH)) fibers combined with a pleated structure with a very large surface area.
Its operation is based on electro-adsorption: submicronic particles (viruses, bacteria, colloids) carry an electrical charge. The filter media, also charged, attracts and retains these contaminants even when their size is smaller than the pores of the filter screen.
Unlike UV :
- it doesn't "deactivate": it physically retains contaminants
- it operates without electricity
- it does not depend on a precise flow rate to remain effective
Technology validated to NSF/ANSI 42 & 61.
Installation & maintenance
The Disruptor® Trio 20″ station can be installed :
- on rainwater inlet or borehole
- upstream of the domestic network
- with recommended by-pass (allows filters to be changed by isolating the station only, without cutting off the general water supply)
- frost-free
Recommended pressure: 3 to 4 bars.
Compatible flow rate: up to 3.3 m³/h depending on configuration.
Respect water flow direction IN->OUT.
Renewal
- The self-cleaning filter should be rinsed every month or as soon as pressure increases.
- Cartridge replacement: every 6 to 12 months, depending on water quality.
- Clean tanks when changing cartridges.
- Lubricate and replace O-rings.
The Disruptor® requires no specific maintenance other than periodic replacement.
Secure opening/closing of filter holders: the key lock on the black head is positioned higher up, reducing the risk of slipping.

Transparent tanks allow quick visual check of saturation levels. Easy filter replacement requires no specialist intervention.
Regulatory advice
Please refer to local regulations for the collection and use of borehole water or rainwater.
In its guidelines, the WHO recommends that rainwater should not be used for purposes such as drinking, food preparation or personal hygiene, due to the risks of chemical and microbiological contamination.
Although we offer point-of-entry purification techniques, the use of rainwater for drinking remains legally unfit for human consumption in many cases. For drinking water, install downstream, at the point of use, an osmosis plant to further treat components not retained at the point of entry.
