Renewal Triple filtration CSC - city water (3 filters lot)

Set of 3 9¾" filters for CSC station (effective length 10" / 250 mm)).

N°1 - Anti-scaling & anti-corrosion (Ref CSC10-1) :

1 x food-grade silico-polyphosphatecartridge ( micro-filtration foam included). Refill available (more economical). Prevents limescale build-up in pipes/balloons and protects household appliances. Renewal 12-24 months* depending on hardness (limit 35°F). Water can be heated up to 80°C; above this temperature, polyphosphate loses its effectiveness (idem if crystal level falls below 2/3).).

N°2 - High impurity retention (Ref CSC10-2) :

1 x 50 µm sedimentfilter (sand, sludge, etc.). 100% FDA polypropylene, multi-layer gradient structure for high capacity and longevity. NSF/ANSI 42.

N°3 - Chlorine & pesticide reduction (Ref CSC10-3) :

1 x carbon filter refines taste, filters chlorine, impurities, pesticides, VOC. Activated carbon block + polypropylene mesh. NSF/ANSI 42.

MAINTENANCE:
Complete N°1cartridge or crystal refill: 24 months max.*. 

Cartridges N°2 (Sediment) and N°3 (Chlorine): 12 months*.

Use wrenchonly for loosening.

* depending on quality and volume of water filtered.

RENEWAL HELP
Equipment: disassembly wrench, flathead screwdriver, absorbent paper, basin.

1. Close by-pass (isolation) and run water directly through.

2. Unscrew filter holders with wrench. .

3. Remove filters; replace gaskets if necessary (set of 3 CSC O-rings). Refill option N°1: empty, rinse foam, replace bottom foam + refill + top foam, close.

4. Wash bowls; if gaskets OK, apply edible grease, then replace filters.

5. Open by-pass, bleed air (bleed screw slightly open), close.

6. Close bypass valves and check for leaks (paper).
