12,000 Gauss magnetic filter - air heaters & boilers.

Principles
- High-intensity magneticfiltration (≈12,000 G): captures magnetite and iron oxide sludge from corrosion.
-Mechanical + magneticaction : sieve retains non-magnetic particles, magnet traps ferrous fines.
-Protects pumps, plate heat exchangers, valves, circulators and boilers/heat pumps.

Installation
- To be installed on the return line to generator (boiler/PAc), upstream of heat exchanger.
-Provide isolation valves for maintenance.

Maintenance
- Periodic cleaning: close, remove magnet, rinse chamber and purge sludge.
- Annual inspection recommended before heating season.
