It's a system for securing water in uncertain environments.

The  Osmodyn Nomade reverse osmosis  system is an ultra-compact, portable filtration system designed to produce drinking water in the absence of a power supply. Designed for nomadic life and travel, this mini-osmosis unit offers water quality worthy of a fixed system, while being simple to transport, install and use.
"Travel light & drink safe

Electricity-free, ultra-lightweight mini-metering device, screws onto tap, travel kit included.

Universal connection
Attaches without tools to most faucets, on or in place of the jetbreaker, without blocking the hot/cold water.

Transparent carrying case - Universal nozzle - Bypass valve + 1/4" tube + accessories - 50 GPD membrane RO - Double 20 µm pre-filtration + carbon - Filter holder - TDS tester.

Technical data
Direct-flow reverse osmosis (≈200 L/day, depending on water pressure/quality).
Unit: H 24 cm - W 11 cm (with stand) - D 14 cm (with stand).
Required pressure: 2.5-5 bar (max < 6.9 bar / 100 psi).
Operating temperature: 4-45°C (do not connect to hot water).

Filtration performance
Chlorine, taste/odour reduction - Removes up to 99% of pollutants (bacteria, heavy metals, plastic residues, fluorine, chemicals and pesticides...)*.

Maintenance
Filter 20 µm + carbon: ~3 months / 400 gal *.
50 GPD RO membrane: 6-12 months *.
Periodic check with TDS tester . O-ring greasing/renewal if necessary.

Recommendations & responsibility
Preferably for use with mains water. For water of unknown origin, carry out a physico-chemical and bacteriological analysis and adapt treatment (hardness, salinity, turbidity, etc.).
